Heart Connect Counselling, formerly Headstrong, is a counselling and psychotherapy practice led by Michael Zoupa.
The business was changing, and the old identity no longer fitted where they were heading. They needed a new brand and website that felt more connected to the work they actually do, while making it easier for clients to understand their services and take the next step.
I developed the Heart Connect identity around the idea of connection, resilience and putting the pieces back together. The heart and puzzle-inspired brand mark became the foundation, supported by a brighter colour palette and visual system that feels approachable without losing the professionalism you need from a counselling practice.
I then carried the identity through to the website, keeping the structure clear and making it easier to move between services, learn about the team and book an appointment.
Calendly was integrated directly into the site to simplify bookings, and I added a blog so the team had somewhere to share useful information around relationships, mental health, healing and personal growth.
The result is a brand and website that feel much more like Heart Connect. Bright, approachable and human, with a clearer path for the people looking for support.
