WILDE Studio (ABN 58 649 310 871) ("WILDE Studio, "I", "me", "my") complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) ("Privacy Act") and the applicable Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act when handling personal information, together with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to the extent it applies.

I take the protection of your personal information seriously. Personal Information includes personal data (as defined in the GDPR) and means any information or opinion, whether true or not, about a person who is identified or whose identity can reasonably be established, or any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("Personal Information").

Collection

I collect Personal Information for the purposes of delivering my products and services ("Services"). I may collect information through my website wildestudio.com.au ("Website"), or in the course of providing my Services via the Website, email, in person, verbally, or by any other means from time to time.

I collection Personal Information:

➕ from my clients, when they register an enquiry, request an appointment for the purposes of obtaining my Services, purchase a program or plan or associated package, purchase a product, or otherwise in the course of providing my Services at any time

➕  from third party service providers, when they are engaged to supply services to me (such as professional services), provide information to me or invoice me for the provision of services.

The kind of Personal Information I may collect will depend on who you are (for example a client or third party service provider) and the nature of your interaction with me. This may include your full name, email address, postal or residential address, work history, personal goals and preferences, billing information and other Personal Information that you disclose in the course of the provision of my Services. If you do not provide me with all the information I request, I may not be able to deliver my Services.

Consent
By engaging me or registering your details on my Website, and by using my Website or supplying information or documents to me or otherwise engaging my Services, you freely give your specific and informed consent to me collecting, using and disclosing your Personal Information for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

Use

I may use Personal Information that I collect to provide my Services, operate my Website, send you my newsletter, respond to feedback and complaints, communicate with third party service providers, develop new Services, or if needed to enforce my Client Agreement with you.

If you are a third party service provider, I will use your Personal Information to email you to accept your offer to provide services, correspond with you in relation to the provision of services and to pay your invoices.

In all cases, unless you have opted out, you consent to me using your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes by WILDE Studio only, in order to tell you about my Services. I may contact you by mail, telephone, email or SMS to market my products and Services. I will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving any future direct marketing correspondence.

You expressly agree that I may disclose Personal Information (excluding health information) to third parties for purposes associated with your purchase of my Services, and to third party service providers that I engage to help me deliver my Services and for my own marketing purposes. I will only disclose Personal Information to additional third parties with your consent or if I am permitted or authorised to do so by law. Some places outside Australia may have inadequate data protection laws or may offer differing levels of protection of Personal Information that are not as high as in Australia. You may ask me to stop processing your Personal Information at any time.

Data security, protection and quality

I will take reasonable steps to protect the Personal Information I collect and hold from misuse, loss and interference and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, and to make sure it is accurate, complete and up to date when I collect, use or disclose it.

I have procedures to monitor the security and safety of data, as well as procedures for dealing with any data breaches and the associated requirements of notifying you and appropriate authorities where the security of your Personal Information is breached.

Your right to erasure

The right to erasure (also known as the right to be forgotten) gives you a right to require me to delete your Personal Information in certain circumstances, and to return it to you, including where your Personal Information is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or where you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal ground for processing your data. If there is a sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganisation or liquidation of WILDE Studio, then, in my sole discretion, I may transfer, sell or assign Personal Information collected to one or more relevant third parties, subject always to this Privacy Policy.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy forms part of my Website Terms of Use and Client Agreement, and therefore forms part of the agreement between you and me (either in your capacity as a client or a third party service provider). I may, from time to time, amend this Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, in my sole discretion. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy on wildestudio.com.au.

Depending on the nature of the change, I may announce the change on the wildestudio.com.au homepage or by email (if I have your email address). By continuing to use the Website and my Services following any changes, you will be taken to have agreed to those changes. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, in whole or in part, you must stop using the Website and inform me immediately before any further receipt of my Services.
